The office is always very well maintained and clean, everyone is super friendly. They have always taken my concerns seriously and worked with me to find a treatment plan that works for me. They work really well with my insurance, offering alternatives if something is not covered or working with me to make sure I'm still getting care if I'm not able to afford a lab or test at that time. They are very respectful of financial situations.

I truly hope everyone does their due diligence before booking here. I have never experienced a doctor that was as cold, unprofessional, having most accusatory tone, unpleasant, not personable, and unfriendly as this doctor. As a first time patient you want to feel comfortable and trusting leaving your care in the hands of professionals. This was not what I experienced. From the moment I met this doctor for all five minutes of my rushed appointment I felt like I was holding my breath waiting for the experience to be over and knowing that I would never ever step foot back in this office ever again. The way I was treated the entire appointment was truly disgusting and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my visit because they are not wrong. It was such a weird vibe from the moment they told me my husband couldn't come back with me when there was a sign posted on the door stating one visitor was allowed. I wanted to at that moment leave but I trusted that maybe this was just their policy even though the sign stated otherwise. Maybe they would ask questions they didn't want him to hear nothing of the sorts happened. Then meeting the doctor and the way she spoke to me the entire appointment like I was a child that she was reprimanding when I'm coming here for help was the last straw for me. Her asking if I took my medicine today and me saying yes I did to receive a response like did you? Was Truly ridiculous. Even when I called and canceled the follow up appointment and let them know I didn't have such a good experience you would think they would get me to a manager or find out more but nothing. This was the worst experience please do you research before booking here. I thought I had lucked up finding a pcp that had opening available but now I understand why. Please don't waste your time I guarantee you will feel worst than you did when you leave. What a waste of time

Love the staff and physicians but manager is terrible and borderline fraudaluant that is why I gave it 3 stars. She wanted me to prepay for my lab. I have been a medical Biller for 10 years and know how it works. I received a print out of what they expect to be reimbursed. I advised that you cannot collect a deductible until the claim is processed because you are only responsible for the deductible on the lines that paid. I paid it anyways because i like the physician and was told I would not be seen unless it was paid. If this continues i will report it to Medicare and Medicaid. Precede with caution and know how your insurance works and get your print out. Physicians and staff are great but unfortunately the bad management is what is giving them bad reviews. They need to get rid of her.

Dr. Sadiq was extremely thorough. Staff was friendly, professional and made my first visit smooth.

Doctor is nice but Business manager is out of control. She tries everything she can to make things as difficult as possible behind the doctors back. Very rude on every visit. When talking to reception she always butt's in. Double talks and flat out lies. This single person makes it hell to go to the visits and keep the visits. Also scheduled as many visits and test as possible to get as much cash as possible so if you go here make sure to ask if this is mandatory or voluntary because they will have you taking unnecessary tests to run up your copay and insurance. Had me do a urine sample that I thought was mandatory and free. Big bill later and was told it was optional and useless. I can't stress enough how abusive this person is with her authority in this office.
