Live Healthy Imaging

My first visit to Live Healthy Imaging was absolutely AMAZING. Due to heavy traffic I arrived 14 minutes late. Dinora was my first contact and she was kind and understanding. No judgment, just kindness. Next up was Andrea, the technician who performed the test. She briefly appeared at the front desk while I was completing my check in. She exuded a kindness that was further displayed when she took me into the testing room. Dinora, displayed additional understanding when she inserted my IV. I have an abnormal fear of needles and her demeanor helped to calm my nerves. I'm grateful for her kindness. And last but definitely not least is Dr. Cheong. He is an absolute joy. His personality is radiant. He exudes a detailed professionalism with a keen eye for detail, without the expected stern and stiff demeanor. My experience at Live Healthy Imaging was outstanding. I would rate it a 10 out of 10. And I was gifted a Hello Kitty sticker. I loved the entire experience.

My recent appointment at Live Healthy Imaging was the most amazing experience. Dinora and Andrea were so kind and sweet and made me feel so comfortable from the minute I walked in the office. Dr. Cheong was absolutely wonderful, he showed such care and compassion for me. I was nervous about the Scans and he made me feel totally at ease. Definitely recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about my CT scan experience under Dr. Cheong's care. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and determined enough to get exceptional imagines. He is very efficient, provides clear instructions, and shows you results in real-time and with very detailed explanations of the results and what is being viewed on screen. He is truly a master of his profession. The office staff are very professional, kind, and anticipate every need to keep patient's blood pressure down to ensure excellent results.

My MRI Exam The overall quality of the service was exceptionally good. From the moment I arrived at the reception (unfortunately, I forgot the name of the person who greeted me), I could feel the professional and human care that sets this center apart. The preparation process for the exam and its execution by Jax Greer were carried out with a warmth that is rarely found in long and complex procedures for patients. Finally, Dr. Benjamin's attitude is truly impressive and reminds us that there are still dedicated professionals committed to health. Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent work you do. Of the several MRI's I have had over the last few years, my cardio MRI at Live Healthy Imaging yesterday was a pleasant experience. The nurse placed the IV painlessly in first attempt. Thank you! Dr. Chewing was awesome. He with the MRI technician Andrea were very informative and answered any of my questions and concerns. To make the experience even more pleasant I was able to watch a movie or tv show while in the MRI tunnel. How cool is that! A+++ for Live Healthy Imaging and Dr. Cheong and his staff!!
