Unacceptable Customer Service - Completely Disappointed I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy at this clinic. I attempted to schedule an appointment due to a medical issue that required attention, yet the reception staff made it impossible. Over the course of ten calls, I was either transferred and then disconnected, placed on hold indefinitely, or simply ignored. On eight separate occasions, they outright hung up on me. Not once did I receive the assistance I needed or even basic respect as a patient trying to seek care. This level of disregard for patient concerns is completely unacceptable for any medical facility. If this is how they handle something as simple as scheduling an appointment, I can only imagine the lack of care and attention given to actual treatments. I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately, as such incompetence severely damages the reputation of this clinic. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable medical care.
