We were never actual patients of Dr. Bhatt at first -- we began going to his practice a few years ago to continue care with the nurse practitioner, Christy, after she transferred there. The practice came highly recommended by family, and in the beginning, we were treated wonderfully. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. For a long time, I truly felt like we had found a place that cared. Unfortunately, our experience has changed. My husband and I recently had conflicting information given about his condition -- Christy told us one thing, and then Dr. Bhatt said something completely different, recommending he see a liver specialist. We understand that referrals happen, but what was frustrating was the lack of consistency and communication between them, which made it hard to know who to trust. Things got worse when my husband went in for lab work. He was told to give a urine sample but the patient restroom was occupied, so the lab tech directed him to another restroom. As he was leaving, Dr. Bhatt made a rude comment and acted as if my husband had done something wrong or "gross." It was extremely unprofessional -- especially in a medical setting. A week later, my husband took off work for an appointment only to be told he couldn't see Christy because of an old balance from a year ago that we were never informed about. During my own recent visit, I felt rushed and dismissed -- Dr. Bhatt often pressured Christy to hurry, and my questions went unanswered. What's most disappointing is that I used to recommend this office to others, believing they genuinely cared. But after how we've been treated, and after receiving multiple letters saying they would no longer see us (even though we had already decided to switch providers), I can honestly say the compassion and professionalism we once knew is gone.

I moved her 3 years ago and selected Dr Bhatt as my primary doctor. He's always worked with me with any issues I may have. His staff is always helpful and courteous. I feel like I'm with family when I go there. Thanks guys for everything

Dr. Bhatt and Christie at WellBeing Family Practice are true assets to our area. They are extremely knowledgeable and always take time with me during appointments. Not only are they wonderful practitioners, they are also very compassionate and caring. The staff is very helpful and courteous and it's so convenient to be able to do labwork in the office.
