The absolute rudest group of Staff working for an extremely qualified and highly professional Dr. The reader charge port is malfunctioning. It took me 10 calls from 8:58 to 9:37 am to finally speak with an arrogant and insensitive Staff to assist my Family member with optimal care as it could lead to a critical situation. This doesn't include the 2 hour wait to have fasting bloodwork done the previous day. Very sad how this city treats Elderly patients and their caregivers in serious times of need.
