They told my very ill relative to be there 20 minutes early but they are still not back from lunch, seating area has 20 people waiting. They could have been upfront about the long lunches they take and avoid this.

Office is difficult to get to & parking is a nightmare! Staff are luke-warm, at best! Took almost three weeks & 4-5 phone calls to get results of a simple heart monitor study! Only thing that raises them to 2 stars is Dr Patri, who seems educated & helpful, albeit to the point!

Imagine be 22 and find out your heart doesn't pump blood properly and sits in a fib. When you are at the hospital you have to tote around a heart motor and take medication to keep your heart rate lower. Your cardiologist (Micheal Smith who was extremely nice and sweet, when I met him once for 8 minutes in the hospital. The follow up supposed to be after my discharge) allows you to be discharged without any form of care plan to follow. No medication, no recommended treatments. Nothing. You try to follow up as he asks you to and then you find yourself playing phone tag. Your medical records take forever to move over. You go up to the location in person to figure out what's going on and schedule an appointment, just to be turned away because they HAD JUST RECIEVED MY RECORDS!!! Now two weeks later you have to call up there to figure out if you can get a different cardiologist because you realize they have no sense of urgency and you were never getting that call back. I'm personally trying not to end up on a t shirt. If you want to end up on one I would recommend taking your chances here.

Unprofessional staffs and unapologetic. They let my Dad wait for over an hour, if I didn't ask the receptionist the old man would've waited all day. The worst thing about it was the receptionist(Julia) telling my Dad he didn't sign-in which was a lie- by the way- because thats the first thing he did when he came in and she was unapologetic about it (nobody was) and told us she went to the rest room?! I cannot believe how unprofessional, unfriendly, and how low their standards on dealing with patients here. Horrible.

Dr. Grounds saw me in St. E. She seemed professional & courteous, however when I called the office I was greeted with just the opposite!! No concern for the patient and the level of fear that a human feels after experiencing an acute cardiac episode. My recommendation is they seek training on proper customer service skills or better yet think of how THEY would feel if it was a member of their own family seeking answers.
