Dr Jani truly is the most amazing doctor we have ever experienced, across the board. A master in his field but also his character, the way he takes his time with us and explains things so we understand. Great eye contact, sense of humor. My husband and I both could go on and on. We trust him. Every single person we came in contact with from the front desk to the medical team that was with me during my procedure was cheery, accommodating, and kind, even if they weren't working directly with me. Unbelievable, truly. My nurse was also very skilled, what a nice guy. I felt very well cared for and they had my full confidence. I also really appreciated the call I received the next morning just to check on me and answer any questions I might have. Well done, all of you! Thank you!

I originally liked the experience and felt the office staff and Dr Cigarroa was friendly and easy to understand. Before the procedure, I received so many phone calls about openings and if i would be interested in rescheduling. I even received a phone call the morning of to see if I can come an hour early. When it came time for the procedure we waited for over an hour which I can understand that not all procedures are the same. The office staff was nice enough and asked if we needed anything. It was not until we left and I realized the follow up appointment was changed without my consent or knowledge. After calling to confirm the schedule change, that was when my experience turned for the worst. The office assistant could not do anything but offer another time and gave me confusing responses and said she has to talk with the manager who had already left. I later checked my phone and did receive a voicemail of an opening and to call them if I wanted to reschedule which I did not call back and no messages were sent for the change in schedule. This might be an oversight but I felt my time was not but into consideration and the whole experience was not handled professionally

Parking was a snap.....parking garage with reserved parking right outside of their office floor! I was called back right at my scheduled appointment time. But.....I really appreciate the care and concern of the staff. When my technician Jaime realized that my BP was higher than normal during my screening, he went and had a second opinion from staff (sorry I didn't catch her name) that came and spoke with me. That is patient care!

I had a wonderful experience here!! They helped accommodate my appointments when I had a scheduling conflict. Staff was quick, kind, and helped a lot. From the moment I entered until Unless. Dr Pena was fast and listened to my needs. Seriously one of the best experiences in any medical office I have ever had.

From the moment I walked through the front door I felt welcomed! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, nurses and aides. Hardly no wait time at all. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
