Total Health Primary Care - Plaza Volente

While looking for in network healthcare providers, I came across Total Health Primary Care. I decided to search for reviews and noticed that several of the physicians had reviewed high marks. I was able to book an appointment using Zocdoc, which made the process easy. After that, the experience continued to be just as easy with THPC sending me text messages reminding me of my appointments, providing links to complete pre-check-in registration and an easy way for me to provide my insurance coverage. When I arrived, the front desk completed my check-in and within a few minutes called me to the back. Though the physician I scheduled was not available, Heather filled-in and was fantastic. She asked me about my needs, answered my questions, did the usual check up stuff and got me started with the care I needed. THPC also helps with referrals for specialized care and they do the homework of finding providers that are in network which is fantastic because that can be a frustrating experience in and of itself. It's been a few years and my body needs some help so I look forward to the care I hope THPC will provide.

I had my annual checkup today at Total Health Primary Care, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient. The nurse who took my blood was very gentle and kind (I wish I knew her name to thank her personally!). Dr. Nottingham was excellent -- attentive, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. The waiting time was very minimal, and everyone I interacted with was cooperative, friendly, and professional. It really felt like they cared about me as a patient. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thorough and compassionate care.

Everyone I encountered was super friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The medical assistant, in particular, was very helpful. They were patient while answering my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving on. It's not every day you meet staff who genuinely care about making your visit as pleasant as possible, and their kindness really stood out to me. Finally, the doctor was fantastic. He got straight to the point, focusing on my concerns and explaining everything clearly. There was no unnecessary small talk, just a professional and efficient approach to helping me. What really surprised me was how quickly the entire appointment went. From start to finish, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was such a positive experience that I'll definitely be recommending this office to anyone looking for great care.

I had my annual physical here and had an amazing experience! A huge shout out to Jay for taking great care of me from start to finish. Jay did my blood draw (which I was extremely nervous for). I didn't feel a single thing during the process and felt so comfortable and at ease with Jay. Roger Nottingham was my PA for the exam. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location for your medical concerns. The facility is well taken care of and tidy.
