When I met Dr. Allison the first time, I knew I was in the right place and with a doctor who would look after me and relieve my concerns about having an ablation. Dr Allison explains things so you know what to expect while giving you the opportunity to ask questions. He has several locations which makes it very convenient to visit him.

Dr. Allison was fine. I gave 3 stars because the directions his staff gave to get to his office in St. David's North were terrible. So bad we were 30 minutes late even though we got to the building on time. I also had to call the office 3 times to get more detailed directions because they gave me incorrect information on the 1st and 2nd call, and on the 2nd call the staff person who answered, hung up on me while I was asking for clarification.
We had had a previous appt at his IH35 N office that we missed because the GPS took us to a GMC Dealer in Round Rock and on that day his phone went to voicemail and the mail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message. The problem with the address is you have also put the city in the GPS. There are apparently 2 3000 N IH 35s.
It would have been helpful if his website had provided better and clear directions.
