Heart Endovascular and Rhythm of Texas (HEART) - Dr. Nima Amjadi

My dad's experience with Dr. Nima Amjadi was honestly awful. The appointment itself was fine, but afterward, getting any follow-up was impossible. We called the office five times, and each time the nurses said they told the doctor, but we never got a response. Not once! For a cardiologist, that kind of ignoring a patient is really scary. My dad needed answers, and we were just left hanging. We ended up switching doctors because there was literally no other option. If you want a doctor who actually responds and cares enough to follow up, I'd look somewhere else.

I've shared before...I'm giving a two star because no one ever really looks at the one star. After a mis-diagnosis and being put on pills I didn't need to be put on...to cap it all off...they keep sending me a bill for $48 which I paid in May but have yet to figure it into the books. The staff at the office is sincerely incompetent, I have spent over 35 hours of my life on hold to yet figure out why they coded my insurance claim wrong, plus the new adventure of not updating the payment paid status. I'm going to block their emails and phone number from my existence. Whoever you are...don't waste your time with this practitioner. Go to a competent doctor that has trained staff that can manage a profile. Can't believe images to write this to help the general audience about a heart issue.

So disappointing. Dr. Amjadi is terrific but his staff is the most incompetent office staff I've ever dealt with. I've called 4 times in the last 2 weeks for a simple refill of heart medication. Yet they have been unable to do it. The simplest of things. A refill. It's a shame but I'll probably have to switch doctors solely because of his staff.

Outstanding service. Mary behind-the-scenes took care of all my paperwork, getting with my insurance company to make sure that was all taken care of and help me coordinate everything. Melanie upfront was extremely professional got me scheduled. And Carla, I cannot say enough about Carla. She is an absolute amazing young lady. Went over everything in detail with the procedure while she was scanning my heart. Did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. Great staff and great service!!!!

If you are looking for a heart doctor, this is the place. Dr. Allen was amazing. I usually avoid healthcare visits at all costs as most doctors are cold, short and just seem interested in getting you meds and in and out with as little interaction as possible. My experience here was the opposite. Dr. Allen took more then 45 minutes to answer all my questions. He also suggested taking me off meds he didn't think I needed, which was a surprise. He also helped make the next steps of scheduling easy and made sure I was taken care of after leaving. The whole staff did a great job and gave me some hope for our healthcare system
