I'm reviewing the lab visit I had todayI had to schedule an appointment and it's so much easier to schedule online though it gets filled quickly! Easy when the doctor who orders is within the system Quick check in, the staff provided me paperwork and directions to get to the lab room and it was a very short wait. The phlebotomist was very professional and skillful.

Horrible phone service!!! I saw a doctor on Monday morning and she gave me a referral. Three days later the referral has not been received by the treatment clinic. I've been trying to call ARC throughout the week to find out what's wrong with the referral. No matter what option I choose I end up listening to music with no indication of expected wait time and no way to get a call back or leave a message. Meanwhile my serious condition remains untreated. After 4 days of phone calls I went back to this ARC office and a nurse there was very sympathetic and reissued the referral quickly. A happy ending. I should add that I have otherwise been happy with the doctors, nurses and staff whenever I've been at the ARC offices.

Absolutely rude. In the medical field you expect kindness when handling sick patients. How hard is basic patient care? How hard is looking after your patients? Especially a new patient. Below par on all levels. Mismanaged on all accounts. This is especially true for NP Angelita Cantu and her MA who seemed to learn the rude attitude from her higher up. My partner and I will be calling to follow up on this complaint. You'd think showing respect and compassion would be top priority. Imagine yourself at a clinic where you felt uncomfortable or told you don't matter. That there isn't time for you or your symptoms, even if you are IN PAIN since it's not what was mentioned over the phone so to deal with it or set up another appointment. I am so disappointed and disgusted by this behavior. Very pathetic.

Wouldn't listen to the issues, shut me out when I tried voicing concerns, just in and out as fast as they can. Gave me pills when I wasn't even looking for them, just wanted blood work scheduling and to talk to a licensed Dr about my concerns. Don't bother going here, it's a waste of your time and money unless you aim to pop a pill and move on without any details. Won't be coming here again. Update: Don't even know where she sent my prescription to, I called the requested HEB up the road, and they didn't have a prescription for my name. Awesome. Yea, don't bother going here. This location needs to be shut down.

Should be zero. I have sinusitis, I know I have it. I have been dealing with it for 10 years off and on. They absolutely wouldn't listen to me. If your symptoms don't check all the boxes on their computer you are essentially not sick. Of course they would test for COVID and Flu, but when I asked to be swabbed for the rhinovirus they told me they couldn't, but were more than willing to take a x-ray, that I'm sure would cost me a pretty penny. Here's the thing I have cancer and a lowered immune system. I can't wait to find out if this is an issue till I have a fever because that causes me even more problems. You need to listen to your patients some of them actually know things I've been dealing with this for a long time. I've had cancer for 10 years. I know exactly what's happening. You could've just prescribed me the medication that I needed, but you had to make it extremely difficult and you were unwilling to listen.
