bathrooms dont have changing room for babies had to change my 1 year old in the mens bathroom ontop of the sink because girls bathroom was filthy and cover her up when someone would walk in , plus wasnt even seen for my apt for 40 minutes AWFUL doctors are nice only reason two stars not one

My son had an appointment today at 11:30am. I called in to say I was running a little late I was told ok there is a 15 minute Grace period. I said great because I'm in route. Mind you coming from Dallas is a haul! Getting him from school rushing out there I had my daughter run him in while I parked. Receptionist told her no sorry we can't see him now as it is 11:46! One minute over grace period! No one's in the lobby or parking lot!! I Explained I had a long drive to get there but that didn't matter due to being 1 minute over the grace period. No... I don't care to reschedule at all!!!!

Havent gotten inside yet... but i think this comment is more than enough for some people. As amazing and great this comments are, im sorry but i would like to see the staff from inside... outside. In this heat. With the car on. Hoping that your car doesnt get hot. For more than an hour, waiting to go inside. I have been outside for an hour. And its ridiculous. Its tooo hot for my SUV to be on for this long. If you dont have enough rroms... idk why schedule alot of people at once. Its ridiculous.

Best treatment i have ever recieved. After years of being not taken seriously by others i recieved a swift and easy diagnosis here. The waits were extremely short for a specialty doctor and everyone was incredibly kind and did their job with care. Tests were done gently and no unneeded tests were done, only what was needed to help me. If i could give this office 10 stars i would.

Very efficient staff. Clean, new facilities.
