If you are a new patient, please avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Amin is amazing and very knowledgeable. However, the staff is incapable of smooth and accurate appointment setup. It will take months to see Dr. Amin and months to try to setup follow-up on his recommendations. Try again in 2026.
Doctor Amin is great. The staff is awful. I have been trying to call and schedule an appointment for the last half hour. I have been hung up on after being placed on hold THREE TIMES by the Arlington staff and once by the Mansfield staff. I cannot get through to either office. This is absolutely shambolic customer service.
Dr Amin and his Staff have made me very comfortable with my situation and well informed for the 4.5 years I've been with them. I'm always at ease there.
I feel it is inappropriate to leave a female patient with a male physician in empty facility after hours. It was uncomfortable and weird. I left without getting follow up information from nurse ......she left. I waited for approximately 2 hours prior to being seen.
He is the very best! He did my second ablasion and 7 1/2 hours later I was out of afib and have been in sinus rhythm forge last 6 months after Dr. Josie spent less than 2 hours on same procedure and I left hospital in afib!
