There are truly not enough words to express what Dr. Alapati means to our family. She has been caring for my son since he was just one week old, and from that very first visit, I knew we were blessed to have found her. She is not only an incredible physician -- she has been a steady source of comfort, reassurance, and genuine support throughout our heart journey with my son. We have been seeing her for 8 years now. What makes Dr. Alapati so special is the way she cares far beyond the office visits. She sees our son as more than a chart and our family as more than an appointment. There have been countless times I've called overwhelmed or needing to talk things through, and she has always been just a phone call away and has made herself available. She listens with compassion, never rushes, never judges, and somehow always knows exactly what to say to calm a worried mom. The peace of mind she gives, both medically and emotionally, is something we will forever be grateful for. If you are looking for a pediatric cardiologist who is knowledgeable, patient, caring, and truly invested in both your child and you as a parent, Dr. Alapati is a rare find and a true blessing. We are endlessly thankful for her care, her kindness, and the love she pours into her work.

My now grown daughter was treated by Dr Alapati when she was in High school for SVT. She was the first doctor to figure out what was wrong with her and she treated her with respect and compassion and now she is a mother of 2 herself. It was a scary time and she calmed all our fears. Highly recommend her!!

The worst dr and bedside manners, she wouldn't let me talk and kept interrupting me , my daughter is 10 years old and has an AV block as confirmed from NWTH , she told me that has nothing to do with her fainting, she has fainted 3 times in one month and today marks another episode and she told me that she knew my daughter better than me because she was a "fainter" , no one knows my child better than me (her mother) this dr got irritated when i asked questions and snapped at me and said "well what do you want me to do!" and I was already upset because of her poor choice of words she also told me that she had a small leak from her heart but said it's not that serious so I will be getting a second opinion, I asked to make a complaint in the office about how we were treated by her ,in the office , this was 12:00pm ; the manager was in her office and told the lady in the front to tell me "she had to be somewhere at 1:00pm " and doesn't have time if she can just call me , couldn't take 5 min to listen to a patient a whole hour before she had to be somewhere ! ridiculous and unprofessional and rude ! That dr and office showed me that they didn't care about my daughter or her well being .
