Shelly Wray,NP is seriously amazing! She actually takes her time, listens, and really cares about what you have to say. I've seen a lot of doctors before, but no one has ever explained things as clearly as she does. Her whole staff is great too, super friendly and helpful. They never rush you and make you feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend!

Shelly herself but her new front desk lady is very very rude and hung up in my face for asking when can I get my medical records for my life insurance policy! As sweet as Shelly is I really don't think she would like to know her new front desk lady is treating patients that way!!!!!!!!!

As a local pharmacist, I recently reached out to this provider's office to help one of our mutual patients who was confused about the location of her prescription. We hadn't received it at our pharmacy, so I called to clarify where it had been sent. Unfortunately, the response I received was extremely unprofessional. The provider was unwilling to assist, cut me off mid-sentence, and made no effort to help resolve the issue. I had to personally call around to other pharmacies, and ultimately discovered that the prescription had been sent to the wrong location. This kind of dismissive and uncooperative behavior not only delays care but also puts patients at risk. As a healthcare professional who strives to provide the best service to my community, I found this experience frustrating and disappointing. Clear communication and mutual respect are critical in healthcare, and I hope this provider reflects on how these situations are handled in the future.

I had been going here for years unfortunately recently I had to change at the last minute because supposedly an employee that worked there was not doing her job is what I was told so they said I owed hundred of dollars. I told them I would have paid if I knew I owed money, I had insurance as well. Unfortunately they did not agree to work with me and I'm so hurt that this has become an issue. I can say most of the time they were awesome except for literally one whole month when Dr sames decided to not fill medicine for a whole month because he was out of the country!! Or the multiple times they couldn't get any of my results from different places or scan results. I always went back and I assure my insurance was charged every time! All the sudden they said I owe money which I never received a bill for. Iam so upset because I was willing to figure out what was owed and how to make arrangements. I had already been without my necessary medication for almy2 months at that point. When they agreed to let me pay to see her they screwed me over by telling me at the last minute that I had to pay everything the employee who was fired didn't "check" I'm shocked because I never knew this could happen at a Dr office especially with medication that is extremely important to continue taking!! So I gather the reason I cannot see her or get my medicine is because her employee didn't do her job and I didn't know about the money or bill that I supposably owe I cannot receive my vital medication! Iam sure More patients are being targeted and will also have no choice but to find another Dr. It's very unfair that because one employee who was fired didn't do her job is patients are being punished!!!

Shelly is the best. She is extremely caring and kind. Treats her patients like family. She knows her craft well.
