My wife was "dismissed from the practice" because she missed an appointment due to being hospitalized, transferred to a hospital in Dallas, and incapacitated after a life-saving surgery. Office staff refused to take circumstances into account. Literally almost dying, with medical records to back it up, is not as important as keeping your appointment apparently.

This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I've ever been to.

I'm so glad that I switched cardiologists in favor of Dr. Nambiar. He is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. He has given me more attention in 3 months than my previous doctor did in 13. His whole staff is caring and professional. The clinic there is extraordinarily equipped as well.

Dad had 2 ablations there. On the 2nd the 21st of Decemeber. He had follow up 2 days later I understand it is around the holidays. Yet, the nurse said oh its red and has a knot. Then they did the sonogram and told him that they could still see the water and saline in his veins and the doctor was out but she would call the doctor because she felt he needed an antibiotic. She never called in an antibiotic. My mom called and the nurse said she couldn't ever get in touch w the doctor and dad should just go to gp. IDK WHY the nurse didn't have the PA LOOK that DAY. Now it is redder and a week later. No call from the nurse or PT. Called rhe answering servie idk why they have one. They said they just answer and tell peope to go to er. So dad did what the doctor asked and now they are willing to just let him have an infection or go pay thousands of $ elsewhere bc the nurse didn't call in an antibiotic!!!

Absolutely the best care I have in years. The staff is kind and caring and Dr. Nambiar is very thorough and truly listens and cares
