Nothing about Dr. Slaton he is the best The girl that called me back don't know her name she didn't say. She started asking me about my pharmacy before we got to the room didn't think that was good. She did my vitals put the oximeter on my thumb which is incorrect. She didn't ask any questions about my medications some of them listed I am not taking. She didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns for the doctor. She seem to be in a hurry .This was for my follow visit on July 24 2025.
I have been going to Dr. Seth Wilhelm about 3 yrs. He is very competent. He Manages my Type 2 , works with my Medicare coverage.
Dr. Slaton has always been so professional and personal at each visit I have had. I'm thankful that he is aware of when he feels the need to seek for help in areas he doesn't specialize in. Today was a difficult visit for me but I'm so thankful of Dr. Slaton and look forward to better days with the anticipated treatment. Nursing/clinical staff are always just so sweet and efficient.
I've never had an unpleasant experience at this clinic. Appointments are easily made providing timely treatment. We've never been "put off" when calling about a concern. La Tavia, the medical assistant that we normally see is friendly, patient, and extremely efficient. I'm always relieved to see her. Dr. Wilhelm is knowledgeable and kind and willing to listen. I know he's quite busy, but he remains patient, handling every concern with dignity. This clinic is as ideal as it can be.
This place it's very unorganized and unprofessional I sat there for two hours and 45 minutes for an appointment for my son ,I would not recommend people to go here if you have things to do because my time is just as important as theirs is and it happened the first time as well ,but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt not again ,& this time I made it there at 3:08 and my appointment was at 3:30 still hadn't seen a doctor at 5:48 PM & we left because I didn't expect to be there 21/2 hours later i had other things to do this place very unprofessional and unorganized maybe they shouldn't schedule so many people at the same time and then they can get their job done very disappointed and it's unacceptable
