The doctors themselves are great. But the people assisting the doctors, especially with the Breeze app, constantly talk over you when you are needing assistance. The app is a tool for them to not talk to the patients or family. If you cannot access the app, then give the info to the patient over the phone or in person. Dang!! How hard is it to talk to the patients about the labs?
