Went in for a procedure to have small cyst removed from my back. When me and my wife arrived we were informed that they would not allow my wife back because she had her service dog with her! Then proceeded to tell me it was for cleanliness and sterilization purposes. When I got to the room I swiped my finger across the door frame, window sill and the back of the wash basin where the employees was their hands! Dust on all 3. Then I sat in the chair and looked at the bed where the procedure was to take place. There was dust on all the feet of the bed. I told them to cancel the procedure until they could do a better job of cleaning if they were going to refuse a service animal in the room because they are unclean!!!!!! Do a better job BSA

Dr. Kirkendal is the best I had two hernias surgery with him robotic he's carrying and explains everything and does a good job. I've had bad experience with past surgery before and I trust him and he's made it easier now to where I don't have that fear so much. How do you recommend him to do surgery.

The least professional, most inept people I have ever seen. Called for an emergency situation from a surgery on Wednesday and was told that there was no one to consult with and we shouldn't even have been able to get through on their line since it was Friday at noon. RUN AWAY FOLKS. The worst experience we have ever seen. This is the final straw with a terrible experience. Hippocratic oath.....ha!
