Prime Heart and Vascular was founded by Dr. Rishin Shah MD, a renowned cardiac and vascular specialist in 2017. He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology. Prime Heart and Vascular is one of the very few practices in the area that specializes in diagnosis and treatment of the entire spectrum of cardiac, peripheral arterial and venous diseases. We believe that prevention is the key however if needed will treat using the most minimally invasive approaches.

New patient visit, staff was very friendly and professional, office visit and exam moved along quickly, was able to set up necessary appointments within the next several weeks plus a follow up visit with Dr. Shah to review my results and formalize a plan of action within 30 days! So glad to have a cardiologist in McKinney that does not involve me going into a major hospital parking lot, driving around to find a parking spot and walking long distances into the building. Just drive up to the building, park your car and walk directly into the clinic for services! Thank you

This doctor for the first time I sought him ,his body language was very arrogant.
when I made my first appointment I ask to see dr mangalpally Kiran but for some reason they put me with this guy.
I sought him twice and the only thing he was obsessed was with putting me on statins for my cholesterol.
Then I request to see the other doctor, he was a little bet more calm and relax, but on my last follow up appointment I had they call me to tell me I need to change my appointment, then they say he was out of the office, then finally told me he was no longer working there....he just disappeared!!
I wouldn't never know what happen ,I hope he is fine and in peace where ever he is right now.
The problem with all this doctors is ,that they want to have many clinics allover dallas and they can't keep up with the patients.
Money hungry humans.
if you want to hug many at the same time your hug will be very weak and you can't make anyone happy. (El que mucho Abarca poco aprieta )
There is no more human doctors they act like machines!!
My opinion based on my experience with this association/ doctors. Ps and yes is very difficult to speak with a human over the phone. I thought tha after so many complaints something would be done about it.

Made an appoint with Dr. Shah. drove 40 minutes only to be told he's not in today. Wasted my whole day and time off from work. The front office could have easily called me when they knew. I will not be wasting my time with this office again.
