The whole team is amazing! Dr. Shah and Ashley were very thoughtful and explained everything I needed to know in a way that kept me calm while they provided clear, tangible next steps. Handling the admin for the office - Sam, Courtney, and Trisha were friendly and professional during each interaction. Last but certainly not least, Randell is one of the most experienced technicians ever. EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough. Everybody at Prime Heart and Vascular made me feel like more than just a number. Won't be going anywhere else for heart treatment. 10/10 RECOMMEND

Do not go here! They don't care about you, your finances, or your health. Their only concern is getting money with as little effort as possible. I scheduled an echocardiogram with them and a week later it was performed. I was charged and paid for this service. I later found out my insurance company sent Prime Heart a letter requesting to clarify a few questions and to provide further information, and they would pay the cost of the service, but Prime Heart neglected to respond at all to the insurance company's request, instead charging me for the procedure. I have copies of the letters and requests from insurance that were flat out ignored by Prime Heart. My insurance had paid over 100k for heart issues I've had this year and this is the only claim not being paid, all because Prime Heart doesn't care enough about their patients to respond. This echocardiogram was done in February and Prime heart has been giving me the same lies for 10 months as I'm trying to get them to refund me. Billing will never let you speak to a supervisor and they promise a call back within a day or two, but they never even call you back. I have called no less than 15 times following up on this matter in the last 10 months and get the same response every time. "Manager is in a meeting, we will have someone call you back in 24 hours"..... and they never do. They have my money and just want me to go away. They know they dropped the ball on this and have admitted it. It is not good for my heart to have the stress and they clearly don't care, they care about lining their pockets! Please don't go here if you value your time, health, or money. Save yourself the stress that any of us with heart conditions definitely don't need! I will be filing a complaint with the state against Prime Heart and Vascular for negligence in their billing practices!

Dr. Rishin Shah is a caring and knowledgeable cardiologist. He listens attentively, explains treatment options clearly, and makes you feel at ease. I truly appreciate his approach and would highly recommend him.

This team has been the best in guiding me with my POTS diagnosis. Dr. Shah and Nurse Cooksey are very knowledgeable and do not treat you like a number. The nurse in particular was extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I was talking to a friend that took my concerns very seriously, even minor concerns. She had a solution and information for all my questions. It's very scary being a young person in a cardiologist office but I am always excited to see everyone and know I will be taken care of every time.

Although I never saw a cardiologist the np and other girls did a good job the only issue I had was having to answer the same exact questions I had spent time filling out on line two days before my visit. This was a follow up of a previous visit that found no issues they should print the online survey so they could skip the impersonal questions and get to a person's emotional state
