I saw Dr. Banks yesterday ( April 28,2021), she's very detailed oriented, she listens to what you're saying. She asks valid questions and provides excellent feedback. She doesn't treat you as if you're just a account number. Her treatment manners are great! She explains in detail what is needed and the reasons it's needed. Great and personable doctor. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

If I had the ability to leave a 0 star review I would. I have a billing issue that I need assistance with. I have called Dr Banks office multiple times in the last 4 months to ask questions and get assistance, but she refuses to call me back. I ask the nursing team every time I call if there is an issue so that I can address/correct it. The nurses tell me they are unaware of an issue and that they have no idea why Dr Banks won't call me back. This cycle repeats every few weeks. It's become clear that Dr Banks feels she shouldn't be bothered with former patients. UPDATE 8/24: The lack of communication and professionalism is apparently a top down issue for this practice. They refused to call me back for months, then called me two days after leaving the original review. The entire experience came off as though they are doing the absolute bare minimum to assist me and that is only due to a negative review. I spoke with Carmen, who didn't seem to be listening to me as I had to repeat details several times when she would repeat them back to me incorrectly. She began to make excuses for why the doctor won't help me before she had ever asked the doctor for any assistance. I had to tell her why those excuses did not apply to my situation, but she should have known that had she been listening to me. Carmen told me she would call me back in 3-5 business days. That didn't happen, so I called again yesterday to check in. I was told Carmen would call me back yesterday afternoon or this morning at the latest. I have heard from no one. At this point, I have serious doubts that the correct information was given to the doctor, if at all. The only thing I do know is that the staff at this practice won't lift a finger to help you if it is something they don't really want to have to deal with. I also emailed Katie (responded below) to let her know I would like a phone call from someone to discuss my concerns as she offered, but have yet to hear from anyone on that front as well. Experiences like this are why there is a crisis of confidence in the American medical system.

I'm not sure why I haven't heard back from Dr.Banks but I hope it's her staff that's irresponsible and not Dr. Banks. I have two doctors waiting to schedule procedures and I can't get a reply to the messages I sent to Dr. Banks about two of my medications. On 8/30/23 I sent a message through My Chart, the same day I called and spoke to Dr. Banks staff leaving info I needed about the two medications and procedures and heard nothing the following week, two more calls I made and finally I received a call 9/8/23 from staff that took my information about the medication and the two procedures I need to have done with a commitment to call me back later that day and believe it or not, no call back. I'm waiting to get an injection in my back and I need to stop my Brilinta and a prostate biopsy and need to stop my blood thinner, both medications just long enough to have this done. Why is it such a problem to reply to my information I've been leaving? Very disappointing for a doctor with such high ratings or is it her staff? Thanks

I just had a great visit with staff at Dr. Banks office. I'd like to thank Daniel and Chris for a wonderful experience when getting my cardio tests performed. They both put me at ease and were delightful.
