He takes his time with you, he let's you know your health is important to him. I highly recommend Dr. Neasman!

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. My wife was referred to Dr. McCain, but was told she'd see Dr. Farley. Not an issue. The issue was with the blonde lady in their office that was rude to my wife, not only on the phone before the appointment (twice), but when we arrived. When we arrived, we were told they needed our prescription in the bottle. My wife always gets a new one, so we always have an updated list. She had forgotten to get bottles before her appointment. No other doctors ask for physical prescription, just list. They wouldn't except the list and said we'd have to call the pharmacy and have them fax the list. The pharmacy wouldn't do it unless my wife came there and signed off for them, or the doctor's office called and requested it. We told them that and the lady said "That's not how it works." I told my wife we will find another cardiologist. My wife deals with a lot of doctors, unfortunately, because of cancer 3 times and issues it brought about. We have never been treated so horribly. Also, the office smells like a dog/dog pee and hair and other things on the floor. I love dogs, but ..She must be related to one other the doctor's to think she can treat patients/customers this way.

Dr Neasman and his team are wonderful! They run their clinic so efficiently and professionally while also being kind and respectful. I get such great care.

He has the worst bed side manner....instead of looking at my mother's chart and specifying treatment for her he was pushing meds on her she doesn't need without even looking at her charts....He was flat out rude, negative & pessimistic.... She's not even ill this was just for a check up. He spoke down to her & was just awful speaking negatively toward her.... We will drive to Ft Worth or Amarillo before ever going back.

Dr Neasman is very knowledgeable and does really well looking at the whole picture of what is going on, not just with the heart but what else could be affecting it. He is a good listener and takes patients seriously, answers questions, and genuinely cares about his patients wellbeing. His staff are also friendly, helpful, and professional.
