Love Dr. Hall but his support staff can be abrasive and unprofessional. I was in the middle of a pericardial effusion with a tamponade writhing in pain. The blonde overweight ultrasound tech was laughing at me, making fun of me, and calling me difficult because when I would lay down I couldn't breath and I was crying. She may have been having a bad day but I almost died that day. Her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior could have killed me.
