StoneCrest Medical Center Cardiology

The ED department was very disrespectful they wouldn't keep me up dated on my care or inform me of the funding that found make me feel so uncomfortable I left even after they wanted they wanted to admit me into the hospital reading later I return back to the ED where that night I did get admitted back into the hospital to the ICU unit where then there was an altercation with one of the nurses and her bad attitude I began to feel unsafe and went against medical advice again just to get out of that hospital to me. This this hospital does not even deserve one star but I had to put it to be able to write something.

Had 2 more surgery's this morning everyone was just so awesome from the front to the back but my nurse and girls in the recovery room was above awesome and I would definitely recommend them for your surgery service's and also a very special thanks to Dr. Joyner with TOA he knows his stuff

Had my baby boy here, even though we live less than 10 minutes away from Centennial. The staff at this hospital is INCREDIBLE, and went above and beyond for my family and I from registration, to birth, postpartum, and discharge. So grateful to your fantastic team!

Visited Stonecrest ER on on 06/28/22 My husband was with me. From the time that we saw the first person and throughout the entire ER and then the hospital, as I was admitted, EVERYONE HAD A " HOW CAN I HELP I HELP YOU? ATTITUDE AND A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. Every single employee was a team player. I was ill enough to be admitted, and this positive attitude was throughout the entire hospital the entire time that I was there. A very positive experience. I am a former ER Nurse and know how important it is to have caring, compassionate attitudes. Stonecrest has really turned themselves around from what it used to be years ago. Highly recommend their Emergenecy Department. A group of top notch, excellent health-care professionals, who "know their stuff". Cannot say enough positive things about the ER Staff, as well as everyone else who works in the hospital. Was admitted to the 4th floor. Great team of nurses there as well. Had 2 nurse floating from ICU during the admission also. If there were room, I'd list everyone by name. A big THANK YOU to everyone who works there.

My boyfriend is on day 14 of covid. He was so weak and dehydrated that he couldn't stand. I took him to Stonecrest this afternoon. He was there for about 2 hours as they treated him with IV fluids and some various medications. He's home sleeping now but before he laid down I asked him how his experience was and he said that everyone was very kind to him, and they did get him in and out very quickly. Their Covid policy was to NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ACCOMPANY HIM INSIDE THE HOSPITAL. I wasn't thrilled about that, but he is a grown man. Not sure if the policy is the same for a child. Overall we had an exceptionally good experience.
