This clinic has been through major changes over the past few years, some of which made the experience here far more rigid and corporate than healthcare should ever feel. The doctors and staff have always been excellent - they're the reason I stayed. The pressure put on them by upper management, however, was obvious. You could see it in the processes, the delays, the unnecessary hoops, and even in the survey questions that focus on staff behavior instead of the policies that shape that behavior. Something shifted recently for the better. Whether someone was let go or the leadership structure changed, the entire flow feels lighter and more human again. I hope upper management recognizes that patients notice more than the front-end experience. We see the systems behind it too. When those systems strain staff, patients feel it. Things are improving, and I'm glad. But the path forward requires leadership to understand that true quality care happens when the people designing the policies are held accountable just as much as the people carrying them out.

I was a patient of Dr Kristen Bunce for 17 long years and this past summer she moved to France. Dr Bunce was one amazing Dr for my entire family. We called in to setup a Dr visit with one of the other physicians in that practice, which I believe are at least 6 others with Nurse practitioners as well and not one of them will see an established patient with health insurance to me that is totally unethical to not want to treat someone that has provided a source of income for your establishment and that has never been a problem for this establishment. I have ALWAYS recommended this establishment as of today I will truly never recommend this practice again.

I'm new to this office, but my first impression was great. Everyone was pleasant and the Doctor was great. They seemed very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. The blood draw was painless and all tests were ordered. Hopefully I have found my new doctor.

Dr. Childs is truly amazing!! I have been to a lot of different doctors over the years and he is the first doctor that I feel truly wants to help his patients. He listens to everything that is going on and works with you to figure out what the issue is. On top of that all the staff is wonderful from the receptionist to the nurse, they all welcome you with friendly smile and tone. The nurse (which sadly I just can't remember her name) listens just as much as Dr. Childs which is so nice because you can tell everyone, not just one person, really cares and wants to do what's best for you. I can't recommend this office enough. They are so amazingly wonderful!!

Dr Childs is a great doctor. Always concerned about his patients and wants them to get better. You couldn't find a better physician for your health care. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for the patients.
