Dr. Ram C. Sharma

I don't doubt he's a great doctor for big emergent issues but he didn't seem to care too much about my chronic arrhythmia. He told me he knew what the problem was but couldn't treat it unless he recorded it on an ECG and advised me to go to the ER the next time it happened which would've potentially caused me to waste thousands of dollars. My PCP didn't like that solution and referred me to a different cardiologist who immediately ordered a cardiac ultrasound and a 30 day continuous heart monitor, neither of which were offered by Dr. Sharma. I ended up having left ventricular enlargement caused by my arrhythmia and was scheduled for an ablation which cured it.

Dr. Sharma saved my life !! That's worth everything to my family !! I feel the hospital overworks him by not hiring more cardiovascular doctors that can do the same procedures as he does . Such as the hearth cath and stints. I've read some negative reviews. Please remember, he may have been up all night saving someone's life !!Give him some consideration.

If I could give a -0 then I ABSOLUTELY would. His quality of care is far beyond pathetic! His follow up is non-existent. If you have basic questions such as "How's your day?" then his communication skills are great but if extends beyond on that then he becomes extremely dismissive and aggressive. Working in the medical field for almost 20yrs I've NEVER encountered a physician with such horrible patient care. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and look forward to filing both Federal & State level complaints. I'm sure his wealth of knowledge is a great asset but his unprofessionalism excludes him from being among the top rated. Do yourself, your family and your friends a favor and go elsewhere.

I'm appalled by how my son and I were treated during my visit today. I waited patiently to breastfeed after the nurse got done with the initial questioning, thinking I would have time to feed my son before the doctor came in. He came in immediately and told me that they were busy and I needed to pass the baby or reschedule. I then handed my son to my mom and resumed the visit, which was listening to my heart for 2 seconds, told me nothing was wrong and said he'd schedule me for an echocardiogram. He then left, so I proceeded to finish breastfeeding my son and the nurse was going to schedule my next appointment from the room. Dr. Sharma then came back in and told me that they were busy and I could not breastfeed there and to leave. The nurse was super apologetic as we were leaving. Unbelievable. Words cannot describe the rudeness and how we were treated. We will not be back

Dr Sharma pretty much saved my life. I went to see him with a chief complaint of leg pains and he immediately began ordering tests on me. Within a week, I was being scheduled for a bypass. His active listening, quick response, and expertise steered me in the right direction! Thank you for your caring and thank you for being the best at what you do! You truly are a lifesaver!
