Doctor Horr, is a very good doctor. I would highly recommend him. He shows compassion for his patients. He explained my condition and treatment thoroughly, and listens to me. Doctor Horr also has very good assistance that work along side of him in planning your treatment. He is very friendly, and all his staff at the office were just as friendly. My experience with him in the hospital and his office was very good. Thank you Dr Horr and staff for the excellent care.

Dr. Horr has been wonderful! He has great bedside manner and takes as much time as is necessary to provide all the answers and information that we need. My husband actually looks forward to his visits. So very glad we met him when we did.

The treatment I received from Dr Samuel Horr, his team and all staff at Centennial Medical Center was first class. I cannot thank them enough for not just the life saving treatment they provided me with, but the way they did it. They ensured I was comfortable and had a clear understanding of what was happening at all times. Never rushed, and took as much time as I needed to answer questions. Dr Horr himself even offered to call my wife immediately after my procedure, letting her know the procedure went well so she did not have to wait until I was returned to the hospital room from the theater. The standard of service was maintained when I returned for a follow up appointment. There are many good hospitals and doctors but in my personal opinion Dr Horr and the team at Centennial stand out from the rest. Not only as examples of the best, but of the rarer few have the ability to maintain a warm, sincere and friendly 'human' approach to what they do.

I love Dr Horr. He is the nicest, most considerate, thorough, easy to talk to Dr you'll ever go to. He was worried about my blood pressure. Gave me meds told me it would help if I lost some weight. I lost 50 lbs, he told me I healed myself and I could slowly stop my meds, and I didn't need to come back and see him. The staff are wonderful, professional, funny.
