We seem to have an issue with this office. The front staff never wants to take the co-pay on the day of the appointment. They say we don't have a co-pay when we know we do. Then 3 months later we get a bill in the mail and if we don't pay it and it goes to collections, the bill comes with an incorrect middle name for my husband which makes us wonder if we're paying someone else's bill.

Had my device checked, she was very polite, nice, through, explained everything she set up my next appointment, I was very comfortable with her hope I have her next time. Highly refer anyone to see Dr Bashian an his staff will be very impressed.

I go there every six months to have my pacemaker checked and my watch print checked everything is normally very good. This last time my appointment took almost 2 hours.
