Ascension Saint Thomas Heart Midtown

I was greeted promptly and processed quickly. I waited only a very short time before I was called to have the nurse do vitals. She was lovely, very efficient, and pleasant. I waited only briefly to see Dr. Dorfman. This was my first time to meet him. I found him to be very direct, pleasant, a good listener, and he offered a possible solution for my physical need.

St Thomas Heart in Midtown has been and continues to be amazing. I am always greeted cheerfully. That really helps when might be in for heart surgery. Unlike so many doctors offices where you wait, St Thomas gets me right in. Vitals, pacer check, etc and then the heart surgeon all orchestrated without skipping a beat. The great news was that my pacer is good for another 11 months-- thanks to he tech that fine tuned it on my previous visit. Also surprised at how I always pull in the lot and park. Lastly, I had 3 additional appointments coming up the receptionist made sure I got them into my phone and then gave me a print out. Just know: we really appreciate you all!

I saw Dr. Nava promptly at my appointment time. He was courteous and professional and did not rush me. He answered all my questions. His staff was also very helpful and professional.

I could not ask for anything more. This was my best to date hospital experience. Everyone was so nice and they didn't make me wait forever to be seen. And what other hospitals and doctors couldn't find, this team found answers to something I've been dealing with for years. I finally felt heard because they listened. I am beyond grateful to them for the excellent care I received.

Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Love my doctor Dr. Ghandi. Excellent bedside manner and cares about his patients and respects their time. Office staff very polite. This is what seeing a specialist should be. And no, he does not have a PA you actually see him.
