I actually showed up IN PERSON to get any information processed for an appointment in the future. I was given a phone number to call. No one ever answered so I left a message and no one returned my call. I guess I'll contact the Sutherland folks.

They have a sign in the waiting room saying to pet a receptionist know if you've been waiting for 30 minutes. I have been waiting for over an HOUR at the Walnut Grove location and the receptionist just laughed at me when I told her I've been waiting for an hour and my appointment time was 55 minutes ago.

Some of the nurses are rude and uncaring. They scold you when they have to call you. You can tell they are in a bad mood. No bedside manners at all which doctors and staff that are in the medical field are expected to have! If I can be civilized and talk like someone with sense so should your nurses that interact with the public. When this matter with the visits and prescriptions are resolved will be looking for other offices. Don't go here if you want to be treated with decency and respect.

Very talented facility with talented staff, however some of the nurses are very rude and unprofessional. When asking to explain certain details or expound on various topics you are met with condescension and the feeling that you are wasting their time by asking questions. Not all the staff are like this, everyone has a bad day, and this is coming from a fellow RN who works in the ER and understands just how chaotic the healthcare atmosphere can be. However, there is no place for condescension and annoyance when it comes to making patients feel like they have an understanding on their medical situation. There is one nurse in particular that has been very unprofessional and rude on multiple occasions, and this is unacceptable. A complaint has been filed, however, a good fashion conversation about how to act and why you chose to be a healthcare professional would probably go a long way. Fellow RN here, just do better.

Yesterday was bitter sweetwhen I first pulled to the hospital I have a handicap plaque and cars where parked in the section without a plaqueso it caused me to have to valet park because it was raining. When I pulled up they(Baptist)charge 5.00 I'm like where they do that atSo I went inside the office and explained my concern about paying when I could've parked for free if people didn't park in the wrong spot. Ms. Barbara & Nikki said we pay your parking here, I'm like okay they was so nice and smiling with an polite auraThen Rakia came in to get me before I could fill out my forms, gave me candy she had for herself just to make me the patient happyGot to the back Rakia& Katelyn made me comfortable while I waited for the doctorThe nurse practitioner Angie was so sweet and knowledgeable of any questions I hadThen come Dr.Allena sweet caring doctor that made me feel much better. Stern Clinic I give you your staff rocksand I was outta there in less than a hourDon't take a wrong turn just deal with Stern
