I received a bill under $15 for services more than 4 months after care rendered. This charge was sent to debt collection within 2 weeks of the bill being issued...and had actually been paid by the time I received notice from the debt collectors. Again. On a bill less for than $15 that had actually been paid within 2 weeks of receipt. I really can't fathom what absolute greed and lack of empathy/humanity it must take to send a bill like this to collections in the first place, much less before giving adequate opportunity to receive and pay the bill. Shame on you.
