I'm incredibly disappointed in the unprofessional and aggressive behavior of this cardiology office. A close friend of mine received no prior communication about a balance, and instead of following standard billing practices like sending a statement or even a phone call, they sent the bill straight to collections and threatened legal action. This kind of treatment is not only unethical but downright heartless - especially coming from a healthcare provider that should prioritize care and compassion. No one deserves to be blindsided like this, particularly when their health is already at stake. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere. Patients deserve transparency, basic communication, and respect - not threats and collections.

My brother was having an issue with his heart and i highly recommened Joseph Weinstein's office as i had visited it and felt he did a very thorough examination of me. However, the staff must have changed because my brother had a very concerning experience. The issue was not the doctor but some of the staff. The man whp performed the stress stess test was rushed and seemed unorganized. He also had a very high reading of my brothers blood pressure. However, the next nurse didnt have a similarly high reading at all. My brothers pressure was fine. So there is a concern if he did the test right. One or two of the ladies assisting seemed very fidgity. As if they may have been under the influence of something. And on the day that my brother was going to have his test results read, he was called and told the office had lost his test results and that he needed to have the visit rescheduled. My brother is not happy with his experience at all. And again i highly recommended this office. I dont know if the office manager is hiring friends or family but some of the staff dont appear to be qualified at all for their position. Its too bad tge previous folks i encountered left. They were very professional.

Dr.Weinstein and staff are probably one of the most caring doctors office I have come across . They will always answer the phone and actually return calls when I can't even get my father's own PCP to call me back . They will try their hardest to work to get you in and for a small staff to have all the patients they do they work good together

I'm sure that Dr. Weinstein is a VERY capable doctor but I do believe that he's reached his capacity of patients. He is now unable to keep the personal touch and sensitivity of attention and care w/ his patients. My mother, who is 73, has been calling for the last 3 days regarding a side effect of her medication w/ the promise of call backs to no avail. I understand that his nurses are charges w/ this task but if his nurses are over capacity than it means that he's over capacity. Each patient is a LIFE that requires care and attention that comes w/ each payment that is required consistently.

My name is Kimberly grabham and I use Dr Weinstein I want him from a different cardiologist and so far he's been real good taking care of me him and his staff are very friendly and helpful he seems very professional and top-notch doctor he cares about his patience I highly recommend him he's five stars in my book
