Front desk personal not so friendly, refused my paperwork because it had coffee on it, spilled from an accident on the way there. All the paperwork had also painstakingly had been entered on line. Fortunately a sweet lady in the waiting room copied in on to the clipboard taht had been rudely thrust into my hand.i Try to explain that.The reason I was there is because I can't use my right hand and it had taken me forty five minutes at home to complete those pages! No empathy displayed whatsoever. Dr Garrett and the other staff who worked with me on the medical side were caring, professional, honest and straightforward.

Referred to Dr. Garret by VA doctor. My experience was not worth a star period, not just with him but with his entire staff except the intern doctor on my first visit he was great keep up the good work. Now on to my worst doctor visit ever. I arrived 30 min. prior to my schedule appt. but didn't get seen until an 1hr. and 30min. after while others who arrived after me were seen first. When I asked why, because other concern patients was saying you've been here for a while now. I was told their appt. was earlier- even though they showed up late. (NOT FAIR). Then once I got to the back waited another 45min alone in the exam room before Dr. Garret came in. He spoke with me for 5 min, offered no real explanation or options beyond "have surgery or not" and I left.
This was my second visit here, and both times I felt dismissed and overlooked. I am a 20-year veteran, and I expect to be treated with the basic respect and courtesy. Sadly, I had to call the VA about my experience and requested to be seen elsewhere. I requested my medical records and will not return.

Only been at this office 2 or 3 times, but everyone was awesome. Never been to a Dr, that didn't break his neck trying to get out of the exam room. I was so impressed with it all! Keep up the good work:)
