Baptist Medical Group-Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery - Memphis

Everything was easy. The doctors and nurses were all professional and extremely nice. I was well informed from beginning to end of my procedure. Though I was anxious in the beginning my fears were quickly dispatched and I hope to be on the fast road to healing. This was the easiest hospital visit I've ever experienced.

It was my first time and I arrived on time & because I am still ( NOT ) permitted to drive a vehicle & due to a sudden illness my wife was experiencing, I had a neighborf friemd bring me to my appointment. Dr. Zahn was running a little behind so I mentioned to the receptionist ( sorry I can't remember her name ), however that I have a friend outside waiting for me & he hasca conference call that he will need to be on momentarily, could you please see if I could be seen very soon, rather than later. Well, the next thingbI knew, they were calling my name & in I went. Thank you!!!

This is a. Very friendly, and efficient office. My husband had an ultrasound then saw Dr Garrett and we were there a reasonable amount of time. EVERYONE from the check in desk to the nurse that did another test in the examination room...was extremely nice and caring. ..

Dr. Garrett took time to address all my questions and explain my care plan. USG technologist was kind and professional. She explained results. RN Jessie took time and made sure Dr. Garrett was informed before he came to room. All staff was great and always helpful.

Dr. Garret is the best. I have a rare vascular syndrome he took time to research it and successfully treated my leg. After 9 years of Treatments from other doctors, who only made it worse, Dr Garret took the time to find out what was causing the symptoms. There is no cure but he keeps me symptom free.
