You know, it's really sad when doctors care more about money than patient care. My wife hadn't been to Dr. Panels in 4 tears. She had been doing OK. Dr. Patel treated her and we really liked him. He did her cardiac ablation in March of 2020. It was a longer ablation and he took her to one wire and gave her a Left bundle branch block. Sometimes this can happen. She is having an arrythmia issue and because our insurance doesn't cover Tennova Hospital. The office lied and said he wss out of network. I had email proof from BCBS that he was in fact network. They said well, it's because he cannot order tests at.the hospital. My wife now also has Medicare along with private insurance. He would be paid !! Then they said she would be treated as a new patient because it had been too long. Bottom line, we really like him but he refuses to see her. I'm sorry for the long review but we are extremely unhappy with how this went down. I will not recommend Dr. Patel anymore. Her cardiologist hadn't seen her in 2 years but did not question anything because his motto is "Quality above quantity".Doctors should be more involved rather than let these office workers dictate who gets to see them. One last note..It was Dr. Yasir Ahktar ( Cardiologist ) who wanted my wife to see Dr. Patel again so you would think a little professional courtesy would apply. So, I see 2 months ago, Dr. Patel's office said they wanted a phone call to address these concerns. Why ? I practically begged you to see my wife and you flat out refused !! A phone call is not going to fix this. Just forget it and move on. We have found another EP Dr. and are waiting to see him. Again, I don't know how this can be fixed if you refuse to see her.

Very polite office workers,very clean place, very nice nurses that do ultrasound. Dr. Patel is a very polite very patient man. He listens and gives details on every bit of test done. Truly like this Dr. I'd recommend him to anyone who is needing a urologist.

Dr. Patel is an excellent physician that is beyond exceptional. He is knowledgeable, very caring and treats you like a family member. I highly recommend Dr. Patel if you need to see a doctor who's number one priority is to help you have a better life.

Dr. Patel is amazing! He took a very sensitive notification/diagnosis and gave hope as well as knowledge of what will be next steps as time goes on. Very kind and smart man.

I was incredible impressed with the staff and physician. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and the time management skills were superior. Dr Patel was awesome. He took his time, treated me with respect and care. He listened to family history and what my concerns are. More doctors need to take lessons from Dr Patel.
