Everyone from booking to office staff and Dr O'Rourke himself are pleasant and professional. Dr O'Rourke listens and explains thoroughly. His plan of action is easy to understand and driven by both experience and compassion. The practice is transparent about all fees. No surprises. My appointments are on-time and never rushed. Dr. O'Rourke was able to get me in last minute since I was in from out of town. I can't explain in this short review how impressed I was with him and how knowledgable he was with the latest things in medicine. Probably the best Dr. I have ever seen! I honestly think I will drive back down 5 hrs. from Louisville to see him in the future for any future needs. I was that impressed with him and his staff. Plus, he spent plenty of time answering all of my questions and service performed was really inexpensive.
