I had to have emergency surgery this weekend. I found Dr Whitaker to be one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He answered any questions and listened to all of my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Whitaker. He was also my grandmother's doctor and he was wonderful with her.
I have been a patient since 2007. There's no one I trust more than Dr. Whitaker. I had to have emergency surgery for blocked arteries (CABGx3). I'm so glad he was the one who did my after care. He takes time to actually listen to what I have to say. He took the time to answer the questions my family had. Explained what was happening with my heart in terminology they understood and has placed stents when needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Whitaker.
Absolutely horrible patient service. We live over 45 min away and were about 10 min late to our apt. Were told by front staff they would "check" to see if we could be seen. Then they came back out and said No they wouldn't see us. So then you push your elderly patient out weeks to be seen. I have never encountered such horrible patient service.
Dr Whitaker and Dr josh and the staff are all great ....they care about there patience.
