My brother is a patient there. He is disabled. We live in different states. They are very good at making sure that I get the information I need to help him health wise.

Arrived at 930 am, was seen at about 1 PM for a 45 minute procedure. The nurse, anesthesiologist, and doctor were kind to me. I just have a problem with turnaround on my post op medication. I was lied to and told my medicine was put in this morning and not to stress and how I'd have my essentials waiting after the procedure ready for pickup . Called my pharmacy at 330 PM and nothing has been sent. I called the doctors office and they said the nurses that put them in have been in clinics seeing patients so they haven't gotten around to it... I'm a patient too! Im important too !!!! But I don't feel like a priority. A better system and protocol needs to be put in place. This is Unacceptable and I'm in pain .
