I was very pleased with the medical staff,but the receptionist and billing department will drain you of everything you have.They will overcharge you and instead of giving you an refund, they will credit your account for your next visit. I was overcharged 2x,first time I received an credit and now I've been waiting on a refund for about 3 months now . I've called and talked with someone over the phone and I also stopped by one day to check on my refund and was told somebody would call me shortly to discuss the situation, I'm still waiting on that phone call.I parted ways with them because of their prices,too expensive. They want their money upfront but make customers wait on refunds for months, bad customer service to me. I am very pleased with the new office that I now attend,more affordable, they care about your health also,not just the money they can get out of you,I will never return here again. **Update, I now have been told that my refund was taken because I refused my last visit because of the price,which they did not tell me the amount in advance or return my call also,I was charged a no call no show fee,even do I was there early, $164
