Dr. Frank McGrew is the very best! My husband has been seeing him since the 1980's. He is most differently years beyond in research and development. Yes, the office wait time is annoying, but as my husband and I both say, bring a snack because he is worth the wait! He answers all our questions and keeps us up to date on treatments. He is diffenitely worth the wait time and then some. It is my honor to give Dr. Frank McGrew and his office staff a five star rating.

Wait time to see dr is 2 to 3 hours. I hate when I have to see him. You wait all this time for 5 minutes with him because I have the Guardian implant I have to go to him. This is not a caring doctor. Does not matter what time u make appointment. All new patients seen first. Even if their appointment is scheduled after yours. I see three other doctors wait time is not longer than 20 minutes. I am going to talk to the Guardian staff there is other cardiologists that work in Memphis and it does not take 2 to 3 hours. I will never recommend this dr. I have spoken to a medicare rep she told me to call Guardian they should be able to provide the service at another MD office.

Dr. Frank McGrew is the best. He is years beyond in research and care and thinks outside the box in personalizing care for extensive cardiac care. My husband had advanced cardiac disease and was treated with medications in a way that research is just now coming out as the standard and it was lifesaving. You may wait as some have said but it's because he takes his time and sometimes waiting for the best is worth the wait.

Few months back had an appointment and had to wait in the room for 3-4 hours. Next appointment set for 10:00 am he didn't make it into the office until 11:35 am. I do not recommend-does not show care.

as a person who's been a 'cardiac kid' for almost 20 years and because of career transfers and healthcare provider changes have had 6 cardiologists, this guy is the absolute best.
