Dr. Jordan Phillips is an outstanding physician. My experience with her was excellent. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen, which immediately builds trust and confidence. Dr. Phillips explains things clearly, answers questions patiently, and treats you not just as a patient, but as a person. I am very grateful for her professionalism and compassion. It is clear that Dr. Phillips is deeply committed to her patients and to excellence in her field of medicine. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips.

Our nurse Brandon in the children's ER was a saint when my daughter had to come in for croup on Thanksgiving! He had such a calm and caring presence and worked hard to make sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. Super grateful for this amazing facility and its staff.

I've followed Dr Nabors through a couple of office moves and I will keep driving from Nashville to Franklin to see her because she's so great. She meets me where I'm at, and gives kind attentive care. And she'll get me referred quickly to a specialist for anything outside her wheelhouse. She and her staff have gone to bat for me a few times when insurance initially denied coverage. They're also very responsive to questions and refill requests via the portal. Can't ask for more from a PCP.

Dr. Cheryl Nabors was my practitioner of choice prior to me relocating to Arizona back in 2018. She's very thorough very professional. She's kind compassionate, friendly and has a great sense of humor. She answers all questions in detail. She doesn't rush your appointment and you're not just a number your an individual with individual needs that she helps take care of. She's my physician of choice and I'm very pleased.

To the President of Williamson Medical Center: Back in June of 2025 I fell off a ladder and injured my shoulder severely. I went to Dr. Byram at The Bone and Joint Institute. He determined I needed surgery to ever be right again. We came to your facility as an out patient procedure. The surgery prep was great and I was very impressed that Dr. Byram came by to pray for me to have good results. He and his assistant Kristan are just exceptional with wonderful, caring ways about them. That was very impressive that he took the time to do that. I am 69 years old now and my parents used to bring us to the old hospital when I was a child. I had my appendix removed there. It is great to see that you all have moved to such a wonderful new hospital. You all are doing an outstanding job with thus new hospital it definitely is a 10 star facility. My whole process was just a wonderful experience! Thanks to all of you for the GREAT care I received! Today is December 1st and I was released and they told me at Bone and Joint Institute Therapy that my injured shoulder is now better than my other one. What a blessing!
