If I could give zero stars I would the receptionist, (Karen Johnson) today 7/29/2025 was very unprofessional. Was extremely rude. When I asked to get transferred to a different person as i was requesting some health information I was told "Good luck with that" the phone call was recorded and I will be submitting a complaint to the state...
I saw Sarah once and she was very nice. I was happy to finally have a GP in case I get ill. Well I'm sick now and just called the office and was basically told to take a hike. I was told I could see her in two weeks (mind you I have PINK EYE) or I could go to a walk in clinic (cool so what's the point of having a doctor?) I also called a few weeks ago for advice about a lost prescription and no one ever even called me back. I will not be returning to this doctors office and I am deeply disappointed in the interactions I have had with the staff.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sarah See at Williamson Health Internal Medicine, and I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect by the entire staff including Practice Manager Kathy. Her leadership is evident in the positive, patient-focused atmosphere of the office. Nurse Tammy was warm and welcoming, putting me at ease right away. She took my vitals and asked relevant questions about my visit, preparing me for the doctor. Dr. See herself was outstanding. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, asking thoughtful questions and explaining everything clearly. Her examination was thorough and diligent, giving me confidence in her assessment. What struck me most about Dr. See was her genuine concern for my well-being. She didn't rush through the appointment, taking the time to answer all my questions and address my worries. Her bedside manner is exceptional. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. See as my primary care physician. The combination of her medical expertise, paired with her kind and caring approach, makes her an outstanding doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. See and the team at Williamson Health Internal Medicine to anyone seeking top-notch care.
