Premier Radiology

I was referred to Premier Radiology from my provider and had a great experience. Robert took care of me. He explained to me everything I had to sign and updated my address. He was efficient, caring, helpful. Every time I've called I've spoken with different people and they have picked up quickly and were helpful. I did not catch the name of the ultrasound technician but she was quick and efficient. I didn't wait long to be seen either. Still I don't have my results as they have not been read I was told, but I'm staying positive. Thanks for helping my experience, PR

Premier Radiology (Aspen Grove location) required full payment at the facility before my MRI, but then failed to apply it for months. I was repeatedly billed for the entire amount until I spent hours on the phone with their call center to get it corrected. Even after that, they continued sending bills for a smaller balance that wasn't owed. I submitted proof of payment, including a copy of the receipt for the quoted amount, and was eventually assigned a help desk ticket--but no one ever followed up. I continued to call, but agents deflected and said they couldn't access my account or provide any information. Nearly a year later, I discovered the account had been sent to collections without notice. To protect my excellent credit rating, I ultimately paid the small balance "under protest" to the collection agency, which is now legally required to investigate the dispute but has so far ignored the case. Extremely poor billing management, customer service, and communication. I don't have time for this, and I expected far better from a provider associated with St. Thomas/Ascension. I will be seeking imaging services elsewhere.

Disaster of a place. I got there 25 minutes before my appointment to check in, and it took 20 of those minutes to get to the check in woman. I finally got checked in and then walked downstairs to the MRI suite right at 3pm for my 3pm scan. There was no one at the desk, a sign that says stay in the waiting area, and not a soul in sight for 30 minutes. No communication about a delay, even from the tech who came to get another patient , literally a ghost town. I left without my scan.

Waste of time and money. In Dec I needed an outer and inner ultrasound. They charged me close to $500 for cash pay. Told me to drink 12-16 Oz of water before coming so my bladder was full. I show up and have to pee so so bad. Get called back 20 minutes later. Dang near in tears. The tech said she would let me go let some out of my bladder so I could get through the ultrasounds then did not because she said she could do it fast. I asked twice if I could go a little. finally get up to pee, bladder in pain for 2 days after. 2 weeks later my doctor still didn't even have my results at my follow up so we had to wait 2 more days after that. Turns out neither ultrasound could show my ovaries well. Probably because my bladder was TOO full. Complete waste of almost $500. Fast forward to my follow up, I switch imaging places to one in Spring Hill. It's only $116 for an internal. And turns out, I don't actually need by bladder to be bursting at all to get imaging. Do not reccomend. Also, it took me calling, emailing and going up there twice to get a detailed billing invoice with codes.

LaKeshia is a very warm and kind woman. She helped me with a scheduling issue and took care of me so well. I appreciate her. She is gem. A great person to see when you first walk in. Thank you
