I went to see Dr. Hughes last April for my yearly checkup. He said everything looked great and that he would see me again in a year. Fast forward three months and I was passing out and I was always tired. Well, I was in hart failure due to my valve failing... I thought I was good too go for a year there doc. Guess not!!!(valves do not just go bad in 3 months) Dr. Hughes in my opinion, like many other doctors today is spread too thin with too many patients. I almost died because he missed my failed aorta valve. I have chosen to move on and find a doctor that actually pays attention to test results and orders the proper testing. I am 35 years old and I am not wanting to die any time soon. If you value your life I would chose not to go to this doctor for anything. Along with all of that he disappeared after these events.... He does not care about you!!! He is weak and will not admit when he makes a mistake and this mistake almost killed me.
