CardioLabs

For the past several weeks I've had a device that requires me to call into cardio labs to give them recordings, they have had some of the absolute worst phone services I've every used half the time when I call there "24h" line I'm told to leave a message that is only returned 1-2 days later. When I can get some one on the phone half the time they don't have some who can take my recordings. I would highly recommend any doctors go somewhere else if the need accurate medical data.

By law CRAT or CCT technicians cannot divulge any findings/ interpretations to patients being monitored or previously monitored. Also, technicians cannot give any info to family members if requested to do so without doctors request of information transfer, which will still go to the doctor, not the patient. A patient's cardiologist has to present the findings to their patient. CRAT or CCT technicians can; however, give a rate of the rhythm. If anything is concerning they with follow-up with the patient by calling he/she at any time of the day or night. Any life threatening rhythms are #1 priority and bypass all steps and get a direct call to the physician On-Call of that patient's doctors office/ referred doctors office. Except for doctors, which can request info whether for a patient or them selves if on a monitor. (Only doctors) All other patients whether currently employed in the medical field or have previous medical experience (Licensure RN, BSN, RCIS, ect...) are not exempt from the same treatment as non-medical field experienced patients. The technicians cannot give you any findings or interpretations. Kindly disregard the persons that have posted the previous reviews, which think they can have that info given through the phone to them.

very patient friendly. they wrote off most of my balance that my insurance did not cover. people don't realize how great that is with healthcare being what it is today. read the other review where person was upset about them not telling them results, that because they are not your doctor/nurse. they cannot legally give you that info. They just monitor you and write up the reports and your doctor has to go over that with you.

They are nice, kind, but and i say this with a huge BUT, they wont tell you what rhythm youre having and i find that annoying. I had a heart rate of 150 laying in bed and they instructed me that they couldnt tell me my own rhythm and said they would discuss it with my doctor. Also from my understanding, they can not tell the difference between SVT or if you went on a run, nurse told me that at the hospital. Going to get a different event monitor if this doesnt pan out. 30 days hopefully not wasted.
