My second time here, nurses and staff friendly helpful and great at their job. Foods decent even on heart healthy. Rooms very cold, but nice. I felt a little rushed out by Dr's but maybe it was the painkillers.

I had a FANTASTIC team of nurses that took great care of me and were very patient. Patience is something that is heavily needed when you are afraid and worried. THEY calmed my nerves and made me so happy that I was there and not somewhere else. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

The nursing care provided was exceptional. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Dr. Harbin provided excellent care, demonstrating both a commendable bedside manner and extensive knowledge. He was attentive to my concerns and did not rush the consultation. The Anastasia team also excelled in communication and ensuring my comfort. Although I was an outpatient, I am profoundly grateful for the care I received.

The check in process was great. Was scheduled for heart procedure. Nursing staff very incompetent. Unable to stick or to start IV. After 4 or 5 sticks I asked the nurse to get someone else to try and it seemed to insult her. Nurses very uncaring. Was kept overnight. Gave complete list of medicinnes to staff. One medicine which was a heart medication was not given when night meds were given. Did not realize it until following day. Had no heart medication for 2 days. Tried to explain to nurse on 1st floor that I had to have that medicine. She was very unconcerned. Said it was not on list of meds. When I got home I looked at discharge meds and it was on it. Total confusion. Did not have heart medicine until I got home. Horrible expierence. Great doctor. Trust him fully. Very caring. Just no supporting staff.

I almost gave 5 stars but what hospital is perfect. Here are the positive comments: My mother was tended to very quickly but she arrived by ambulance. Once she was moved to a regular room we noticed how much quieter it was than other hospitals, much less noise in the hall. Almost every nurse was efficient and professional. In addition there were 2 who were just great with my elderly, grumpy mom. You could see that they didn't let all her issues get in the way of displaying compassion. The issues that brought us in were not resolved, but for lack of knowledge and effort.(other docs have been unable to solve the issues at other facilities) We were given follow up appointments to continue the pursuit of answers and a different course of meds that has not been previously offered to us. Our hospitalist was really great. He spent much time and effort with my family. Now one glaring negative point: The ER docs assessment of our mother proved to be grossly incorrect. Had we followed his lead, trusted his opinion, our elderly mother would have been unnecessarily intubated. As the days unfolded, the degree of his ineptitude was revealed.
