Best heart doctor in Nashville. I actually drive from Kentucky to see her. I will follow her wherever she goes. She doesn't talk over my head or down to me. She just converses with me so that I can understand my health needs.

Other than the wait, it was excellent. A very friendly staff. Probably the best encounter I've had with Dr. Jenna - lyn Johnson. Actually I had thought it might be my final time there but I changed my mind by the time I left. I feel I'm there to stay now. The staff at the entrance is wonderful. All that helps too.

I was called back later than my appt time. They took my height, weight, blood pressure and EKG. They didn't have my records from the referring physician. Then I waited 45 minutes for the Dr. and eventually I just left. I walked out of my room, down the hallway and out the front door and no one ever stopped me. I give them 2 stars because they never actually treated me so I have no idea how their treatment is or their knowledge, but their communication and respect for their patients' time is terrible.

I waited over an hour before the doctor came in to see me, and this was after the nurse had weighed me, taken my blood pressure, and done my EKG. After waiting that hour, I went to the hallway and asked the nurse if there was a problem, and she said the doc was running a little behind.(more like a lot behind) When the doc came in, she did not apologize for the long wait, which would have helped, because I probably wouldn't be thinking what I am thinking. As I was waiting, I heard another nurse, who was a male, weigh another patient and put the patient in the room beside me. Funny thing is, when I asked my nurse if there was a problem, she said my doctor was in that same room beside me, and that I was next. I had to be next because all the other patients were already gone because they were seen before me. My appointment was for 2:45 and the doctor came in after 4:00. Everyone was gone when I left except for a male I saw leaving who was just like me. This was the 2nd time I saw this doctor and the 1st time wasn't much different. I have mixed feelings about this situation, but The God I serve will handle all of this. Please don't misunderstand me, as I don't have a problem with the path of medical treatment I am being given, just with the way I feel I am being discriminated.
