0 stars. The only thing good about this appointment was the front desk ladies, they were friendly. Other than that, horrible, rude, unfriendly and insulting. The Doctor Insulted my 80+ year old mother who couldn't remember when her bi-pass was 20+ years ago, asking "How can you not remember when your bi-pass was?" And proceeded to ask her 2 more times. He acted as if we were deliberately withholding information?? He didn't check out ANYTHING but her pacemaker, even though she had some concerning symptoms. The nurse was unfriendly and impatient, and after he exited the room, the nurses were whispering and looking at us, sneering. Makes no sense. We were as cooperative as we could be and nothing warranted this behavior.
