If i could rate a zero or negative i would. The contract rate is the price of ER and i dont see how that is legal for a WALK IN CLINIC.... If I wanted to pay $500, I would have went to the ER instead and not to mention, I have insurance and that is the amount I still have to pay. They sent in a claim for 45+ minute visit, but the visit was only 36 mins per the admit and dc time given by billing. I'll NEVER RETURN nor will I refer. I don't see how you can bill me the contracted rate for the dr. that i never saw. I had previously went to a urgent care twice and total was still cheaper than this amount... I picked this location assuming a WALK IN CLINIC was to be cheaper also as directed per insurance

I got on the app and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived there were 5 or 6 walk ins that were checking in. The provider showed up an hour and a half late and they began seeing the walk ins before seeing me, even though I had an appointment. Then they walk out and tell me it's gonna be another 30 minutes before I can get seen as if they wanted me to cancel my appointment. This place is unorganized and not run very well.

My husband and I both tested positive for Covid but since it was 4:25 they said they could only see him. I will not return. I thought doctors first rule was to treat sick people. After they looked at him they closed 15 minutes early.

The staff was helpful and nice, so no complaints there. I have visited Vanderbilt Walgreens clinics many times throughout the years. Took my son for a 15 min basic exam with urinalysis lab and received a bill for over 300.00 after insurance. The office visit alone was charged 492.00. The description says 45 min appointment when they don't even schedule appointments for 45 mins blocks. I have never been charged such an excessive amount for an office visit even with a specialist.

I've never been here and just drove all the way down here so the lady could tell me they all booked for walked ins and it's only 10:30am. Unbelievable! I guess fullness is more important than actually helping out people that are sick! Smh
